• Founded Catalyst Real Estate Group in 1993, which then merged with four independent commercial real estate firms to form CRESA Partners in 1998, now a 26-office national corporate real estate firm.
• In 1999 Mark co-founded Drawbridge Partners a real estate development and investment company which has developed over a billion dollars in real estate and currently owns approximately a million square feet of commercial real estate. 
• Mark is also a general partner at Annex ventures, a venture capital firm.
• Mark holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of San Francisco.

• Tom has more than 25 years of experience in the computer industry, working for Fortune-500 corporations such as Apple, Unisys, and Tektronix.
• He has overseen development of Lifespring Health's technology platform from its beginning.
• Tom holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Yale University, where he is a Ph.D. candidate.

• Adela has been involved with Lifespring Health since the company?s early stages.
• She oversees overall operations and human resources.
• Adela holds a B.S. with honors from San Francisco State University.

• 18 years of experience in developing loyalty and affinity partnerships. Previous Managing Director for Strategic Affinity, a consulting firm assisting clients in the creation of customer loyalty strategies.
• Former Director of Business Development at Upromise.
• Adam received a B.S. in Economics from Boston University.

• She has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare, insurance and financial industries. She held marketing positions for companies such as eHealth, Blue Shield of California and Northern Trust.
• Jennifer received a B.A. from UCLA.

• Independent finance specialist for the past 9 years and handles all of Lifespring Health's financial matters.
• Previous to that, she served as controller and accounting manager at several start-up operations.
